聰明人的心在希伯來文中代表著意志、決定與情感的中心，而得知識的得字，則包含買賣與換取的意思，意味著我們要渴慕付出代價來換取知識。也可說是一種投資。
除了心中的渴望，我們更要有實際的行動。智慧人的耳求知識，這個求字代表著周圍去探索、尋求，並帶著謙卑的心不恥下問。在現代社會，我們有電腦和AI等工具輔助，獲取知識變得更加容易，但對於AI提供的資訊仍需進行事實查核，將其作為參考。
最重要的是，聖經中所說的知識不只是書本上的內容，而是要能夠應用並轉化為生命的一部分。我們要在生命中做出最好的投資，渴求並實踐知識。

“The heart of the prudent getgeth knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge.”
In Hebrew, the heart of the prudent represents the center of will, decision, and emotion. The word getteth in relation to knowledge includes the meaning of buying, selling, and exchanging, which implies that we should long to pay a price in exchange for knowledge. It can also be described as a form of investment.
In addition to the desire in our hearts, we must take practical action. The ear of the wise seeketh knowledge; here, the word seeketh represents exploring and searching all around, while maintaining a humble heart and being unafraid to ask questions of others. In modern society, we have tools such as computers and AI to assist us, making it much easier to obtain knowledge. However, we still need to conduct fact-checks on information provided by AI and treat it as a reference.
Most importantly, the knowledge spoken of in the Bible is not just content found in books, but rather something that should be applied and transformed into a part of one’s life. We must make the best investment in our lives by thirsting for and practicing knowledge.
